Welcome to NextQuests.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Senscode, a registered trade name of Sensormedia LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Sensormedia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. ABOUT NEXTQUESTS

NextQuests is a free, informational website that helps users discover video games similar to ones they enjoy. The Site does not sell goods or services. Any advertising displayed on the Site is provided by third-party networks.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).
