It's a really solid farming sim, like Stardew Valley, Fields of Mistria, etc. I love the story and the gameplay, up until you unlock the mermaid kingdom, and it falls a bit flat. The romance options are great, and I had a hard time choosing who I wanted to romance! The dev's are working on it, but it does feel like updates are inconsistent from what they announced and take a long time.
For an early-access game, it feels incredibly full! From relationship building, farm management, to collecting materials to donate to the museum or to the shrine, you have a lot of gameplay at your fingertips. Once you have access to the mermaid kingdom, the content does feel a little flat as it is right now.
It's a super solid farming sim, the world is cute, the narrative is what you expect from a farming sim. But I do think they did a good job in making their characters diverse in looks and personalities. The writing with them is really good!
I love the art design and the diversity of the characters! It's a stardew valley feel with a different and more diverse skin, which I really appreciate!
